Pre-built homes and accommodation units
Nordic Homes' range of architect designed houses, accommodation units and studios offer a refreshing change to what has been a largely unchanged prefabricated home landscape in Western Australia for more than 30 years.

We are completely flexible when it comes to design and specification changes and we offer a "one-off" service, where we are happy to build to your plans, help develop your ideas and plans or start from scratch based on your ideas using our designers. We are also happy to supply houses to any stage of construction (to lock- up or without cabinetry, for example).

We offer the choice of house supply only (which permits us to commence construction immediately upon contract signature) or construction and delivery (that we do ourselves, using our own equipment). Either way, our construction time is the fastest in Western Australia, with guaranteed construction in as little as 10 weeks from slab down. That generally means that for a supply only contract the house can be completed in around 4 months from contract signature and for a supply and deliver contract (where we obtain planning and building licences). Installation is generally within 6-8 months of contract signature.

Studios
Our range of studios are available as prefabricated units where access is available or alternatively as site built units. Studios of various sizes and configurations are generally on display and available for purchase at our Naval Base yard.

Site built (Perth) homes
In addition to the regions we have constructed several of our houses in Perth, both as prefabricated transportable and as site built framed homes. As site built homes, our framed homes offer a custom building solution that we aim to provide at around 30% cheaper than a double brick construction, with construction time typically around 12 - 14 weeks from slab down.
