Custom Designs

In addition to an unlimited ability to customise our standard designs, if you're interested to commission a particular design or develop an existing idea or design we can assist by liaising with your architect and designer. Alternatively, we can offer a design in-house to your requirements or introduce you to our preferred architects.

For a bespoke design, the steel chassis "module" envelope (L) 14m x (W) 5.5m that we use to minimise transport and escort costs in may be significantly increased and/or specifically configured to include, for example, integrated decks and verandahs. And of course there is no limit to just one module or to a combination of module and on-site construction.

Regional home extensions can be costly and all but impossible to arrange. Contact us for examples of how we’ve used new modules as economical custom home extensions to minimise the need for onsite works.

Site-Built Homes

Our site built homes have developed from clients looking for prefabricated homes to be delivered into the Perth metropolitan area and finally deciding settling on an equivalent house but built on site to save transport costs and the costs of the steel chassis or concrete slab. We estimate framed construction time is less than half the time for brick construction, usually with significant cost savings.
