Contemporary
The Contemporary Range of homes has been designed with the weekend and holiday market in mind, with large open living areas, lots of glazing and expansive decks for outdoor living. We sell a lot of these homes with cedar doors and windows, highly specified kitchens, open fires and all the trimmings for a turn-key weekend or holiday house solution.
Northwest
Our new Northwest range consists of a range of architect designed, energy efficient (up to 8 stars) cyclonic rated homes. Each design is offered with an alternative elevation. If delivery time is important, we are able to commence constructing these homes ahead of local authority approvals, dramatically reducing total project time. Please enquire for details.

The Value Range has been designed to compete with the traditional transportable homes available in the Western Australian market and we believe offer tremendous value for money.
Chalets & Studios
The Chalet & Studio Range has grown out of particular designs that have been supplied to various customers throughout Western Australia. Recognising that all developments are different we are happy to use these designs as a starting 
point or alternatively, design from scratch to suit particular requirements. These homes all meet the common local authority requirement that a second dwelling may not exceed 60m2.
