Our site built homes have developed from clients looking for prefabricated homes to be delivered into the Perth metropolitan area and finally deciding settling on an equivalent house but built on site to save transport costs and the costs of the steel chassis or concrete slab. We estimate framed construction time is less than half the time for brick construction, with costs approximately 30% less.
